Order Processing
- All orders placed on mate luxury fitting must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
- Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing it for shipment.
- Processing times may vary depending on stock levels and order volume — please allow 1–3 business days for
standard processing before shipment.
Where We Ship
Luxury By Mate ships products to domestic and international destinations (depending on your selection at
checkout and shipping options available on the website). Shipping availability and fees will be displayed at
checkout.

Shipping Costs

Delivery & Acceptance

- Please ensure an adult or authorized person is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
- If you are unavailable to accept delivery at the scheduled time, most couriers will leave a notification
with instructions for re-delivery or pick-up.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect your shipment upon arrival.
- If you notice visible damage, you may refuse the delivery or accept and immediately report the issue to our
customer care team with photos and details.
- Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported promptly as per our Return & Refund
Policy.
Important Notes
- Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or unforeseen logistics issues are beyond
Luxury By Mate's control.
- Once a package is delivered and signed for, responsibility for the goods passes to the recipient.
